Recently, I've suffered from minor insomnia at night. What's more, I've also found it difficult to fall asleep during lunch break at school. And both of these result in my bad condition at school. I will either doze off or get distracted easily in class if I don't get enough sleep. Thus, it posed a serious problem to my school life and learning efficiently. In the hope of settling this problem, I've thought of some solutions many times. It occurred to me that I should relax myself and not put too many worries on my mind when it's time to sleep....
